Hi, I am Lina Ayesh and I would like to welcome you to The Choice to Lead my passion, my work and my purpose.

Here is Little bit about my journey.......

In 2015 I took the leap of faith and made a major detour in my life. A career shift from engineering and the corporate world of IT to coaching and entrepreneurship.

 

I was inspired by a strong believe in humans’ unlimited potential.

Furthermore, their right to be in a space where they are heard and seen.

 

I have always been extremely passionate about the art of leadership, extraordinary performance, the dynamics of full engagement at work and life. How to recognize the need for change and to lead it.

 

Particularly intrigued on how people can create value and meaning in their lives.

 

So, I took this passion and dived deeper into different coaching modalities, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience.

 

Attended courses, workshops and conferences to further sharpen my intuition and skills.

 

Got trained and certified as a life coach and an executive coach, got accredited by ICF and still learning and following great mentors and coaches to gain more insights and tools.

 

I had coached and mentored hundreds of remarkable individuals and professionals and worked with many organizations facilitating growth and development through creating and conducting customized leadership programs. 

 

I am building on a foundation of 25 years in the corporate world of IT, where I held many technical and business roles during those years; in which enriched my experience in the aspects of business, technology, and team capacity building.
